1. Agreement
By accessing Nico at https://www.mymatenico.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Nico is a personal AI assistant that can help with chat, email, calendar, calls, tasks, creative tools, and related workflows. Features depend on configuration, connected accounts, and available API keys.
3. Eligibility and access
Access may be limited to authorized users (for example via email allowlist). You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
4. Your content and connected accounts
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to run Nico. When you connect Google or other services, you authorize Nico to access data within the scopes you approve, subject to those providers' terms.
You are responsible for actions Nico takes at your direction—including messages you approve to send. Prefer reviewing drafts before sending.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nico to:
- Break the law or others' rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Abuse rate limits, scrape, or disrupt the service
- Upload malware or harmful content
6. AI limitations
AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Nico is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. Verify important results before relying on them.
7. Third-party services
Nico relies on third parties (hosting, database, AI models, Google, Twilio, etc.). Their availability and policies are outside our full control. Outages or policy changes at those providers may affect Nico.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of Nico.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or change/suspend the service. We may suspend access for misuse or security reasons. You may stop using Nico at any time and request account data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
